Barleywine Style Ale
This beer is a celebration of our anniversary as well as one of our favorite songs. We use an assortment of crystal malts and throw a little molasses into the Brew Kettle to give a hearty maltiness. Barrel-aged Sour Farmhouse Ale
The New Belgium French Oak Saison pulls inspiration from both regions by marrying a dry, hop-forward Wallonia-style saison with a golden ale soured in French oak foeders for 15 to 18 months -- a method derived from Flanders. The rye and spelt grains in the saison contribute to a medium-light body while the Huell Melon and Tettnang hops give aromas of honeydew and white pepper.
The result is a rustic, goldenrod yellow saison offering pleasant lemon and white grape aromas and a bright, mouthwatering sourness with a clean, dry finish.
A true blending of inspirations.

Some believe it moonstruck madness to craft Old World ales for modern palettes constantly clamoring for the extremes of "Hoppy" or "Sour." While our love for those extremitites is strong, we believe that subtlety, balance, and simplicity in beer are sacred necessities. It is precisely this kind of lunacy that keeps the craft world sane. It takes all kinds to make a world.
With its amber chestnut colored good looks and smooth malty finish, Vienna Lager was an obvious choice to put into package. It blends color and flavor without heaviness or bitterness.
